We offer a free pick-up service for furniture donations within the Wellington City Council area.

To organise a collection, please complete the online form below, and someone will be in touch to confirm your furniture donation collection. Can’t complete the online form or prefer a person-to-person chat? Give us a ring on 04 389 7122

Please be aware that we cannot accept any furniture that is damaged, infected, or stained. To see the full list of what we can and can’t accept, please click here.

Dropping off donations

Donations can be dropped off at our stores during opening hours. Please don’t drop off items if the store is closed - that usually leads to your items being damaged or stolen.
